Regional Sales Engineer-Northern California
EDGE Consulting and sales is expanding its West Coast presence and looking for dynamic people to work with us in our new sales office in Northern California. The Regional Sales Engineer will be responsible for the sale of EDGE principle lines in the Northern California region.
This is an exciting yet challenging opportunity for an individual who would be part of a professional sales team enhancing EDGE's position in the marketplace.
The ideal candidate will have a college degree in engineering or marketing, and/or related life/work.
Candidates for the Regional Sales Engineer position should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 - 10 years of sales experience, with at least 1 - 2 of those selling to engineers
- 3 - 5 years of engineering experience
- 3 - 5 years of sales management experience
- Experience with aerospace/defense industry
- Experience closing large and small deals
- Mixture of both inside and outside sales experience
Experience working with independent sales reps and the aerospace/defense industry is a big plus.
This is a regular full time position based in Northern California.
